2. Apple Standard EULA

3. Description of Service

HolyLens is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Scan and recognize Bible scripture text using camera or photo library
• Receive AI-powered analysis and interpretation of scriptures
• Save favorite scriptures for personal reference
• View daily Bible verses

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Not use the app to distribute harmful or offensive content
• Respect intellectual property rights

5. AI-Generated Content

The scripture analysis provided by HolyLens is generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI interpretations are for reference only and should not replace professional theological guidance
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
• Users should verify important theological matters with qualified religious leaders

6. Intellectual Property

The HolyLens app, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Bible scripture texts are in the public domain or used under appropriate licenses.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

HolyLens offers optional VIP subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

HolyLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The OCR recognition will be 100% accurate
• The AI analysis will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HolyLens and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
